FOUNDER &
SENIOR PASTOR
Role: Global Ministries, Charities, Churches, Overall spiritual leader of the churches.
Responsibilities: Preaching, vision casting, pastoral care, counselling, leadership development
ADVISORY
BOARD
Role: Provides guidance and expertise to support the leadership and the church’s strategic direction.
Responsibilities: Offer counsel on spiritual, operational, and financial matters, ensure the church remains aligned with its mission, and support long-term planning
ASSOCIATE
PASTORS
Role: Supports the Senior Pastor in ministerial duties
Responsibilities: Oversee ministries & churches (youth, women, men, children etc.), pastoral care, and spiritual guidance
CHURCH BOARD
ELDERS
Role: Governing body of the church and charity
Responsibilities: Decision-making, financial oversight, long-term planning
MINISTRY
LEADERS
Role: Heads of specific ministries (e.g., youth, music, missions)
Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of their respective ministries
DEACONS
LEADERS
Role: Serve the church through practical and administrative support
Responsibilities: Care for the congregation, assist in church services, manage church property
CHURCH ADMINISTRATOR
Role: Handles the administrative functions of the church
Responsibilities: Office management, scheduling, financial record-keeping, communication
VOLUNTEERS
USHERS
Role: Support ministries, charity and church events
Responsibilities: Assist in various church, ministries and charity activities (ushers, greeters, event coordinators, etc.)
